We design our programmes to fit into your life.



1Start with a short quiz to find the right path for you.

Take two minutes to answer a 5-question multiple choice Wellbeing Quiz. This quiz is an established clinical method for wellbeing screening. Find out which of our programmes are suitable for you.

2Sign up to SilverCloud. Use the programme for up to one hour per week.

Select the 'Sign up' button and access programmes which are proven to help you feel better. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), our programmes are interactive and delivered via our user-friendly platform.

On your homepage you can see the modules in your programme. We suggest you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete. The more time and effort you put in to the programme, the more you will get out of it.

As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises which can help you apply what you are learning to your own life.



3Receive weekly feedback and advice from a trained supporter.

A dedicated supporter monitors your progress through your programme, providing guidance and encouragement via regular reviews. You are encouraged to share content, such as activities, and goals for the week, with your supporter. This allows your supporter to respond to you in a more personal way and provide guidance that is relevant to you. The programme also allows for private messages between you and your supporter.
